Technical building technology and fixing requirements continue to increase. fischer installation systems represent safe and efficient installation and fixing elements for versatile building technology applications. Fixing solutions made of zinc-plated, hot-dip galvanised and stainless steel are suitable for light, medium and heavy support systems.
The range of products consists of channel systems, pipe clamps, fixed points, sliding elements, ventilation fixings, fixings on steel construction elements and multiple installation accessories. Proof of suitability as per VdS, FM and UL as well as fire protection and sound protection checks guarantee added safety.
fischer developed the highly flexible installation grid from the individual components of the fischer installation systems. With channels and special fixings, an installation level is established beneath the hall ceiling of a building. This can be adjusted even at a later date and allows all kinds of equipments to be guided to any point of the production level.
The system is not only suitable for new builds, but also for subsequent installations. fischer therefore provides planners and architects with creative leeway.
Flat roofs are used on all kinds of buildings, from single-family homes to blocks of flats, as well as in high-rise buildings, industrial and administrative buildings. Waterproof roof seals on top of flat roofs protect against penetration by water. The roof seal also needs to be resistant to burning brands and radiant heat in accordance with “EN 1187 B roof t1”. Typical materials used to seal flat roofs today include bituminous sheeting and sealing and synthetic roofing membranes (films). Other kinds of weather in addition to precipitation itself can influence the roofing materials, including temperature, wind, air pressure and humidity.
Heavy installations in building services as well in industry and plant construction are mostly mounted with secondary steel constructions. This type of pipe support requires its own planning and preassembly. On-site installation often leads to delays due to structural tolerances. Heavy systems can be implemented in a more flexible and efficient manner with the new fischer massive heavy-duty system FMS.
Using the fischer massive heavy-duty system FMS in order to install heavy pipes and cable trays leads to a 30% cost reduction in comparison to secondary steel construction due to reduced construction and installation times.
More information about FMSBy telephone, at your premises or on your client’s construction site. We help you select the right products and present the best and most efficient solution. Our customer advisors are always there to listen to your concerns and ensure that you receive competent and reliable support. We explain trends and innovations and keep you up to date.
Together with our customers we determine fixing solutions there and then that are effective and economic. The installation procedures are optimised by our experienced engineers and technicians while taking into account the general progress on the construction site.
Large-scale projects require a particular degree of fixing systems expertise. At your request, an experienced fischer expert will become a permanent part of the site management team.
Should you still be uncertain about an application or have questions about our range of products then the fischer experts from our technical advice team are happy to help. Simply fill out the advice form and our specialists will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
The fischer design software Install-FIX supports you safely and reliably in the design of your projects. A status display informs you about the static load of the selected fischer installation system. Static verifications can be carried out for various standard solutions and also more complex installations via the selection.
If you have any questions, our technical advice is of course also available here.
BIM as a process of creation, management and use of digital representations of a building can be a challenging task. Our BIM services will help you to take control of these processes and to get the most out of BIM: Reduce costs by improving the flow of information as well as the quality – from design through construction to use and maintenance of the building.
We are looking forward to supporting you in your projects. Please send inquiries directly to installationsystems@fischer.ae
