UAE E-Invoicing – Customer Information Update

As part of our preparations for the UAE E-Invoicing requirements, fischer is updating its customer records to ensure accurate and complete business information in line with the regulations issued by the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).

We kindly request all our customers to complete the online information form to support a smooth transition to the E-Invoicing system.

The form will open in a new tab via Microsoft Forms.

Submission deadline: 20 October 2026

What you need to do

1. Open the Customer Information Form using the button above.
2. Enter your company details and verify that all information is accurate and complete.
3. Provide the requested supporting documents, where applicable.
4. Submit the completed form by 20 October 2026.

Why this information is required

Accurate customer information helps us prepare our records for the UAE E-Invoicing framework and maintain efficient invoicing and business transactions.
